THE OLD SUNDAY SCHOOL

The Old Sunday School is in the grounds of a Grade-II listed Georgian rectory, opposite a medieval church. It has been newly converted and refurbished in an open-plan contemporary style, and finished to a very high specification. It has a private entrance and garden and patio area. Guests have access to the hosts' seven-acre landscaped garden in an area of outstanding natural beauty. In the summer months [MAY-mid SEPTEMBER] guests will have shared use of the outdoor pool with the owners.

Excellent location for country walks, pub lunches and exploring nearby Woburn and Woburn Sands. Close to Woburn Golf and Aspley Guise Golf Clubs. Quiet and peaceful space surrounded by trees. Located at the bottom of a secluded private street with only a handful of other houses. The Annex is separate from the main house so you will have your own space. There is a large double bedroom, large kitchen and living space. Extra mattresses can be provided to sleep extra people comfortably.

At the top of the park you can find a well stocked shop, laundrette, hair dressers, cafe, all weather tennis and bowls courts.
