Our idyllic cottage from 1730 is located in the middle of the old village center of Wilkenburg (Hemmingen), surrounded by a nature reserve. A breathtaking swimming lake (100 m) and many paths into nature are just a stone's throw away. The city center of Hanover, the Maschsee and the Hanover trade fair can be reached in a 5-10 minute drive. Hanover main station: 8.5 km, airport: 30 km Trade fair: 5.5 km A small country bakery and a private horse farm are just around the corner.

On three open floors (80 sqm) you will find the kitchen with a small conservatory, the living room with SATELLITE TV and sofa bed and a bedroom with king-size bed as well as daylight bathroom and guest toilet. Very centrally located in a small quiet street at Johanniskirchhof. Pedestrian area, Weser and Cathedral are a 5-minute walk away. Parking is free in the immediate vicinity, WiFi and contactless check-in.

The house is suitable for families with children or small groups as a starting point for hikes, bike rides or excursions in the area. It is located in a quiet and low-traffic settlement with a play street. Duvet covers and shower towels can be rented for a small extra charge.
