The 1857 built house stands right by Oder Neisse bicycle path and 5 minutes drive from highway 11. The flat has direct access to the lake and separate entry at the back and own garden. The house is located in a small village of 170 inhabitants . Free use of 2 kayaks (single and double) and bicycles. Breakfast can be served at €8 per person. We serve lunch and evening meals @9. Please check "Other Details To Note". €10 pet fee per dog per visit. Unsterilised female dogs in season not allowed.

Pure relaxation on the pulse of Berlin. For many years we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring this lifestyle closer to others. From this idea arose the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernised ferry model year 1925 is located close to the city right in front of the Rummelsburger Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

This spacious country home with its lovely garden is only 150 metres from lake Schwielowsee in the picturesque Havelland area west of Berlin. At the same time you are only a 30 minute car ride away from the Ku'damm, the main shopping area in West Berlin. Perfect to combine relaxation in the garden or around the lake and a visit to vibrating Berlin! It's a treat even in the winter - staying by the fireplace, looking into the garden... The cottage is situated in the small town Buckow, the pearl in the nature park "Märkische Schweiz", just 50 KM east of Berlin. One of the prettiest places in Germany. The cottage is behind the pink main building (see photo). The property is right at the lake Buckow. Next to the lake is a sauna, exclusively for guests of the cottage. The lake and the sauna are 100 m away from the cottage on the other side of the garden. Within the week the cottage is less expensive to rent.

Berlin Wannsee Sommerhaus

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming but no designer tiny house, no standard furniture from Ikea. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key issue. We are on the wall path. Also pets are welcome.

The guest apartment belongs to the Hollerhof, whose atmosphere I have shaped as an artist. You will find peace and relaxation under old trees, in sunny meadow, in shady garden oases, there are hammocks, bonfires and a ruin garden with terrace. 5-minute walk away is Krumme See, all around great scenery. The 40 sqm apartment consists of a room with sleeping places for two people, private kitchen and bathroom. It is located in the Steinseehaus, a long old brick building on a plot of 6000 sqm, directly on the lake. On our large property there is plenty of space to relax, with a small barrel sauna (min 15€ per heater donation for the wood), large trampoline, ping pong table, fire pit, Hollywood swing by the lake and of course space to eat and grill outside.

The house is located in Julianenhof near Buckow in the Märkische Schweiz, 50km east of Berlin. The perfect place to relax, experience intact nature, hike. Only in a few places in Germany are there such dark nights and such an intoxicating starry sky. Buckow offers small shops, restaurants and a wonderful beach in Schermützelsee. You'll love my place because of the spacious, stylishly decorated apartment in a beautiful old house.
