The lower & upper are not connected from inside so each level has their own entrance and rent separately. Free parking and Wi-Fi. Located near Hunt, along Guadalupe River (dam-controlled so water level same year-long), our private riverfront is 150-ft away - great to swim, kayak, float, and fish. This Rustic country home sits on 2 acres with hilltop view to the west with breathtaking sunsets. The large patio with stone fireplace is a great place to gather with family and friends. Wildlife roam the property. A deer feeder is just off the patio giving you a close encounter twice a day. You might get lucky and get a glimpse of our resident fox or roadrunner. They like to be fed leftovers. Play yard games, make s'mores by the fire or read a book on the swing. Relax or go exploring.

The River Run Villas are awesome for having a country getaway with family and Friends. They were built in the mid 90's and have a very nice rural charm. They are not new construction but they are very well maintained.
