This is the ideal place for a family gathering, or for groups of colleagues or yoga practicioners. While the kids play on the inhouse playground, the parents can cook or sit around the fire place. On 400sqm of living space, we rent out exceptional rooms, almost all of which offer a beautiful view of the Asian garden. Our Japanese tea house invites you to linger here and a barbecue area can be used. We offer a master bedroom with balcony, incl. Guest rooms for three guests. The fireplace room is for four people and the terrace room for three people. All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV. We are very pleased about your visit.

Our Landhaus Karbach is a high-quality renovated old mansion with two separate residential units. Our hunting villa can accommodate six people and in our forest cottage there is room for four people. The use of selected materials and tasteful inventory give the house its extraordinary character. Landhaus Karbach is in a complete secluded location, surrounded by forest and fields. A sauna and the large terrace with seating invites you to relax.

From here you can make wonderful excursions to the Eifel National Park, Lake Rursee or other lakes, medieval Nideggen or Monschau. By foot, on the water or by bike.
