Situated on a wooded lot, Two Trees sleeps four, and has a freshly updated kitchen and bathroom. A fixer-upper. The house is ready now with some ongoing projects. The house is one bedroom on top of a two-car garage so being able to climb steps is a must to enter the living space. The house is located in town. Less than a 5-minute stroll to the lake passing a coffee and ice cream shop, a consignment shop, an art gallery, etc. This is a great place to stay for the Harbor Town Weekend in September. Great for the business traveler for Alcona County. Hope to see you soon.

This is a smoke free/pet free property. No large gatherings or parties allowed. Although we are not located on the beach, we are 2 blocks from the lake and 4-7 blocks from the beach. When staying at our place you are a 7 minute drive to Tawas Point State Park, 19 minutes from Lumberman's Monument/National Forest, and 14 minutes from Red Hawk Golf Course.
