Entire Home - Peaceful Pines - Near Springs

This peaceful home is nestled on an acre of pine trees. Less than 1/2 hr from the incredible Ponce de Leon Springs, Vortex Springs and Morrison Springs, 1 hr from Panama City beach. Excellent antique shopping is nearby in Geneva AL, and Defuniak Springs is about 1/2 hr away. Choctawhatchee River is very close & house has covered boat parking. Perfect spot to get away from it all and/or explore all the Florida Panhandle has to offer. No cable or internet but there is a robust cell signal here.

Quiet cozy cottage set in small town close enough to the city. Panama City Beach is 45 min to an hour away. Dothan Al is only 45 mins to an hour away. We are centrally located to several different outdoor activities. Ponce De Leon Springs is 30 mins away. Vortex Springs is less than an hour away. The Caverns are in Marianna less than hour away. There are several hiking and biking trails minutes away and numerous other activities. Close to grocery stores laundry mat and gas stations.
