Enjoy a cup of coffee on the back patio and then take a stroll through Capitol Hill to the National Gallery and the Smithsonian museums. Restaurants, Trader Joe's and Eastern Market are also nearby. Housebroken dogs under 40 pounds are welcome. There is a charge of $30 per dog. No more than 2.
