Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of space for fun. The house is located about 30/20min by car from Kristiansand/Zoo, there are swimming facilities nearby and plenty of room. 80 square terrace+outdoor area. Garage on loan I will start renting out the whole house during holidays and some weekends. We have extra TVs (3 total). Despite sun protection/slats in the main living room, it is very bright in the living room in the summer(for watching TV e.g.)but has a TV lounge that can be used then and air-conditioned. Nice nature.

Colorful oasis in the white city

A very cozy house located in the middle of Risør but still secluded in a quiet oasis. The house is unique with all the colors and good ambience. It is located in the middle of a staircase which is a thoroughfare between the main street (Kragsgate) and Caspersens gate. The house is from 1861, but renovated by skilled local artisans in 2019 with convenient room sharing and all amenities needed in a modern residence. Still, the soul of the house is kept, which makes it a great place to spend the days!

Unique location on Tyholmen in Arendal center - immediate distance to water, beach, marina, town, shopping center and restaurants. The 18th century house has 2 bedrooms, sofa bed in living room, full kitchen, tiled bathroom, a fire place and a patio. One climb stairs on the outside to get to the house. We also have a fairly steep staircase up to the second floor of the house (indoor). Recommend parking in Tyholmen parking garage 2 min from the house.

Holmesund

Nyt late dager i dette idylliske Sørlandshuset. Havutsikten fra kjøkken og stue må oppleves. Huset ligger i en stor frodig hage med frukttrær og bærbusker, og har egen brygge. Huset er nylig renovert og har nytt bad med regndusj, håndkletørker og varmekabler. Kjøkkenet er utstyrt med alt man kan ønske seg av hvitevarer og annet kjøkkenutstyr. Gjestene kan fritt bruke husets to havkajakker og motorbåten for å utforske området eller handle mat.

Sørlandsidyll near Lyngør, Risør and Tvedestrand

This is a cozy house that is just big enough to create unique memories from summer, sea, archipelago and Sørland. The house is located in a small garden in a small, coastal cluster at Gjeving between Risør and Tvedestrand, with Lyngør and Raet National Park a short boat ride away. A short distance to walk (15 min) to the ferry to Arendal, which leaves every half an hour. And close to the bus(4 min walk) and grocery store. 5 min. drive to the beach or a stroll. 40 min. til Kristiansand dyrepark with a car.
