Located on the sandy beach in the center of Datça, İskele neighborhood, our house is located on the beachfront, the building is 1 year old, newly furnished inside, has its own detached entrance, and is on the second floor of a two-storey house. There is no other apartment on the same floor in the building, it is very enjoyable to watch the sunrise and the full moon from the balcony. The beach in front of you is clean and you can comfortably bath in the sea. There is a mall on the main street, just 100 m away for shopping, and two free open parking lots very close by (100 m).

The lighting of the house is supported by modern and stylish lampshades.The house is directly opposite the sea, The front balcony has a sea view and the two terraces on the upper floor have a mountain view. Our house is 160 m2 and has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and toilet. There are 2 TVs, fridge and pine machine in the house. The house has an elevator, a generator, a water tank and a water booster, and also has an indoor garage. The house is 50-100 meters from the beach, Migros, cafe-restaurants, and the marina is 300 meters.

Our house with a detached entrance and double balcony on the 1st floor is located on the Kargı Bay road. It is located 6-7 mins walking distance to Hidden Bay and Mandalya Bay and 1-2 min drive to Kargı Bay. In addition to being able to reach the center of Datça by car in 2 minutes, it is also possible to provide transportation by local public transportation passing in front of our house every hour. It's also a fun way for those who like to walk.) Datça is close to the center and finding accommodation in nature is one of the factors that make our home special.

DEEP HOUSE- FULL BEACHFRONT VIEW ON THE PATH OF LOVE

There is no parking problem in our 120 sqm 2+1 beachfront apartment on Muğla-Datça Sevgi Road, the beach is right in front of the house and you can swim in the sea without paying any fee. 24-hour hot water, Siemens dishwasher, Samsung washing machine, Samsung 3 door refrigerator, Siemens aspirator, 46 inch Samsung television, unlimited internet and air conditioning are available. There's a children's park right in front of our house. After the park, you go down to the sea. The coastal road is completely closed to vehicle traffic.

I am resident in a suite apart from the main house. The Villa has a spacious private patio with a breathtaking view of the Pedi Valley, Bay, and the Agean to the mountains of Turkey. Separate areas on the patio allow for sunbathing and simultaneous quiet workspace. Symi island has been designated an archaeological site of historic significance. Buildings must comply with these rules. The plunge pool does not comply with this and has been remodelled to a terrace. NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY
