Amazing dual aspect views across the River Dee onto the Welsh Hills and out to the Irish Sea. Property has been refurbished to a very high standard. We have done our upmost to ensure you have a wonderful relaxing stay. Within walking distance to lovely bars and restaurants and a 10 minute walk from the coastal walk. Our 3 bedroomed house is situated in a semi rural situation, in the historical village of Irby. Here you will find 2 pubs, 2 restaurants, shops and amenities. We are close to a number of beaches including Thurstaston and West Kirby, and are within 300 metres of Thurstaston common which provides wonderful walks through the ancient woods of Roydon Park. There are a number of golf courses on our doorstep, including Caldy, Royal Liverpool and Wallasey.
