Cozy apartment in basement with own private entrance. All bed linens, towels and cleaning are included. 2.5 km from Karlstad city center, 200 meters to bus. Within 5 minutes walk there is a beach, shops, restaurants and nice green areas. Great communication to KAU, Färjestad's racetrack and Löfbergs Lila Arena. In the apartment there is a double bed, TV, table with chairs and kitchenette with fridge, freezer compartment, hot plates and kitchen equipment. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Parking is free, and wifi is available.

Looking for a quiet and peaceful place to cozy up close to nature? Then you have found the right! This is our favorite place where we enjoyed many cozy winters in the warmth of the fireplace and hot tub. In the summers paddle tours in Lake Vänern with family. Five minutes walk to canoe and protected swimming area shared with few neighboring cabins. Undisturbed nature property of 3,000 sqm, optimal for activities and barbecue. The neighborhood offers nice excursions by the lake and long forest walks. Separate toilet and shower indoors. Six beds.

Nature gem in Värmland with lovely sea views

Surrounded by hundreds of birch trees, this large villa is peacefully located, in the heart of Värmland. The house is located on a large nature plot, and has a modern standard and plenty of space. Lovely view and private jetty down by the sea. Rowboat, floating dock and own small child-friendly natural beach belong to the amenities. Two kayaks can be rented in the summer. Bikes for free lending for trips around the idyllic sea and in the immediate area. Enjoy a relaxing hot bath in the terrace's delightful hot tub. Year round!

Recharge at our cozy home overlooking the lake! It’s a log cabin with modern comforts: fiber (fast!) internet, zen bathroom w/ tub, clean-burning wood stove, full kitchen, and a charger for electric cars (type 2). Gaze out at the lake from the hanging “egg” chairs on the porch and grill in the afternoon sun on the back patio. It’s a short stroll to our shared private dock. Two bedrooms plus a guest cabin (extra bedroom or office/studio). Big garden, nature walking trail along the water.
