beautyful Apartment at the sea

we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! Whether for seasonal workers, vacationers or city travelers, our in-law in a quiet & central location can accommodate max. 4 people. The apartment has a separate entrance. The city center is about 2.1 km away, shopping facilities for daily needs are located in the immediate vicinity. For children there are several playgrounds nearby and also the connection to the island of Rügen is very conveniently located. Not only two- and four-legged friends are welcome.

Our house is located directly on the forest. Neighbors are only a few weeks a year. The house / property has about 130 m² of living space, a total of 1670 m² of land area, partly fenced ( the green area in front of the property is not fenced) , so that a dog brought along can also turn his rounds once alone. There is a garden with a beach chair, a buddy box for the little ones, a chill corner and sun loungers. Peace and nature are advantageous.
