Our cottage is pre-war, but completely refurbished to a modern, warm and cozy Bed & Breakfast. Where once the toilet was outside in the garden and the bedstede in the middle of the living room, nowadays you do not have to leave the cottage for shower and toilet. Inside, it is cozy due to the warm decoration and the atmospheric wood pellet stove.In the evening, after a day of waves, sauna or walking, you can relax by the fireplace while enjoying a drink. Good wifi also to work.

The outside house is a very comfortable home, suitable for holidays or working from home. It is a spacious cozy house with open kitchen, living room, 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. At the back there is a terrace with a seating area and hot tub and beautiful views. Beds are made. Dogs are welcome, fenced garden. Located in Rijsbergen on the road from Breda to Zundert, just outside the built-up area with supermarkets, bakery and restaurants, walking and cycling paths nearby.

Cozy and private studio, 15 minutes from centre

Nice room with your own bathroom with shower and toilet. There's no real kitchen but there is a fridge and combination microwave. You have your own entrance and behind the room is a large public grass field you can use as your garden. After a 3-minute walk, you'll reach a few shops and the bus stop, from there the bus takes you in 10 minutes to the central station. Bicycles are not available anymore. Parking in the neighborhood is free and there's enough space.
