LOVELY LITTLE ROMANTIC SUMMER HOUSE in a fantastic location by Femmøller Strand, Ebeltoft (Egil Fischer's resort town). The house is 36 m2. In the house there is 1 bedroom with double bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed with room for 2. In addition, a cozy annex with a two-and-a-half man bed. The house is 200 meters from the beach and is located just behind Molskroen and Molskroen's popular icehouse. The house is on a nice road with alley trees in quiet surroundings. Fantastic enclosed garden. Close to Ebeltoft town and harbor.

In the heart of Djursland, the prairie trolley holds high to the sky and views of the steppe. The prairie is quiet and located in scenic surroundings with forest in the backyard and half an hour to three shores as well as lovely Molsbjerge and more. The prairie cart has everything a normal home contains just on a smaller scale. If you like it, there is the possibility of a sauna and wilderness bath (available) in addition to an evening around the fire. I live on site but otherwise maintain a respectful distance. 90 m2 self-contained guest house in beautiful natural surroundings, including water, heating and electricity, free wood for wood stove, private terrace. NO TV signal, option for DVD. During the winter months, it's a good idea to bring slippers. Fishing: fish dish in Funderå from our meadow (bring your own fishing rod) 4 km to put and take Mountain bike/country road: 5 km on gravel road and forest path to the famous MTB track in Silkeborg Vesterskov. 15 min drive to Silkeborg BIKEPARK. Kuperet and suitable road terrain.

Lovely setting on nature property

Newly renovated large and bright room on 1 floor with great views (and with the possibility of 2 extra beds in addition to double bed) and newly renovated smaller room with vaulted ceilings on the ground floor - also with nice views and double bed. There is also a large living room with the possibility of, among other things, "cinema" coziness with large canvas, a game of table football or just pure relaxation with a good book. The bathroom is on the ground floor. There is a nice sofa bed and good box spring mattresses.

Relax in a cozy and quiet setting. Fun A house with wood-burning stove, Sauna in the garden and cold water bath. There is also access to Sminge Sø, Gudenåen and the Bird Tower. Almost right next to Svostrup Kro. A nice walk along Gudenåen. Pets are allowed. We have a dog ourselves, so the grounds are fenced. In addition, we have a small boat by the lake where you can sail a little down by Gudenåen and fish. Smoking inside is not allowed. There is coffee and tea in the house as well as wood for the sauna.
