My place is good for couples and solo travelers. The house is surrounded by nature facing the Gulf with panoramic views of the Corsican mountains. 10 minutes drive to the city and 10 minutes to the most beautiful beaches of the city ). Hiking trails leave at the foot of the house. Very quiet, you will be hosted independently but in a friendly way in a pure Corsican family!! Attention , access to the house as often in Corsica is sloping and narrow.

Refurbished in 2020, with parking at the bottom of the building it is an ideal residence for family holidays, business trips, internships. The residence is a 5-minute drive from Ajaccio city centre. I can rent a car (15€ per day, reservation required, use limited to the Gulf of Ajaccio).

Mon logement est à 200m de la plage St François, 300m du port Tino Rossi (vieux port), les commerces sont à 100m. Mon logement est parfait pour les couples et les voyageurs en solo. L’appartement ne convient pas aux petits enfants car l’escalier en colimaçon est un peu difficile. Mobilier entièrement changé en mai 2024 Porte et fenêtres neuves également Les 2 chambres sont climatisées et il y a un brasseur d’air dans la pièce de vie.
