Cosy Apartment Amazing View in Princes' Islands

A roof duplex with a sea view of the garden building in one of Büyükada's most tranquil streets. 5 minutes by car by walking from the pier for 15 minutes. On the island walking path, 500m from the Greek Orphanage. For families and friend groups. Not available for crowded and noisy activities. Balcony - please do not smoke outside the terrace and that there is absolutely no cigarette butts in the garden. We don't accept guests except those provided with ID information. Those under 18 years of age can be hosted with families.

(🎶 We are on a beautiful island, Heybeliada =) It’s 150 years old island house, Mansion of Hristo Nikolaidis. It has beautiful sunrise lights in the morning and it takes 2-3 min. to the house from centre by walking. It has a beautiful balcony with great seaview. There is natural gas, so warm at winter. I have a cat at home, Luna, so friendly. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking with 2 windows and also seaview. 🐿

The house is situated in a very calm street, is very close to the forest and to the sea. you can reach our house within 20 minutes by walk from the downtown. the house is kept as its original form and its materials. the stone floor is almost 100 years old.
