For rent is the middle part of the house (as shown in the pictures) with one large kitchen-living room, two bathrooms, one separate toilet and four bedrooms over three floors. Welcome to Appenzellerland, in the valley of the New Year's Eve Lusade, in Urnäsch, an old house with separate entrance, a nice seat, directly on the Urnäsch (creek) and the Postbus stop towards Schwägalp, the maisonette apartment has been renovated during the 70s, with a small kitchen and a spacious living room to linger in, simple, quiet and cozy and good to know in the other part of the house (own entrance) my parents live, but this is not affecting.

We rent our beautiful “Waldhäuschen” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large plot with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing murmur and ripple can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

Our Hüsli is surrounded by nature, quiet and on the Alpstein hiking trail In the garden, there is a cozy sitting lounge, a large fire pit and the garden shower for cooling off. The magnificent view and the alpine feeling can be particularly well enjoyed from the benkli in the forecourt. Inside it is nice and cozy, with tiled stove and wood stove, cozy living room and spacious dining table. Everything is fully furnished and ready for guests :)
