Our property is located in the attic of an apartment house, is centrally located and not far from the train station, bus stop is in front of the house. The apartment is occasionally inhabited by me but mostly I am with my partner, so the apartment is mostly empty and available to them. Washing machine and coin dryer in the basement can be used.
