Shops in the resort 1 indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pools and 2 fun pools are nearby. Balingen,Rottweil ,Tübingen have very nice pedestrian zones and also culturally a lot to offer.

Dream house with home cinema close to vineyards

Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. You'll be able to sit back, enjoy the peace, and relax at this cozy place, which we've set up with a lot of love in 2020 and 2021. It is located on the upper floor of our family house – 4 km from the Schömberg reservoir, 8 km from Balingen and 19 km from Rottweil. From the skylight of the kitchen/dining room area rises the Plettenberg with its well-known tower, from the bedroom can be seen in good weather the Hohenzollern / Hechingen.
