The "chicken house"

The chicken house is located in the middle of the beautiful permagar, below a former monastery, on the Katzenhof in Bachhupten. Gabi and Guido live here their dream of independence and want to expand the farm in a sustainable and tedious way. For example, the walls and ceiling of the chicken house have been made from the more than 200-year-old floorboards of the main house. Exclusive! Ski gondola from Switzerland, 1.85×1.50 double bed size, made for sleeping on private ponies in the forest imitating nature. Natura 2000 area in Upper Swabia. Only suitable for nature lovers and adventurous, sporty guests. Good place to watch waterfowl. "Forest kitchen" with running water, gas cooker, cooking pots, dishes. Compost toilet, solar shower. Our house and parking are about 150 m away, on the other side of the forest. Swimming and fishing in the lake possible.

Our accommodation is a large, well equipped attic apartment. In addition to a cozy bedroom, there is a living and dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a reading corner, a modern bathroom and a kitchen. There are great views of the Altshausen Castle from the bedroom. The location is central (various Shops, bakeries and restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance) and yet quiet area. You are welcome to use the garden. A beautiful swimming lake is 10 minutes walking distance.
