You will stay in the middle of the old town of Warendorf in a beautiful old half-timbered house. On the ground floor, there is a quaint, cosy restaurant, and the city center and the market square can be reached on foot in just one minute. The decor is very individual and it is important to me that you feel „as if you were at home“ in my apartment. The apartment has a total area of 50sqm which are completely available to you during your stay

In the immediate vicinity is a swin golf and a football golf course. It's a 10-minute walk to St. Joseph's. Restaurants are also a 10-minute walk away. It is 25 minutes by car to Münster, otherwise there is also a bus every hour (approx. 35 minutes). The flat has its own entrance.

"Sweet Home" in an attractive location

A separate, enclosed area awaits you, which you can reach through an associated stairwell. In our small "Sweet Home" there is a bedroom with TV, WLAN, armchair and a shelf (clothes storage).From here you can walk to the separate shower. The washing area and the toilet are separate.(In this room, the ceiling height is only 2m) Our Sweet Home includes a small sitting area with coffee/tea bar and a hallway with wardrobe.

Known from the local press! Article see pictures! I offer my small (60sqm living space + 30sqm terrace + 1.000sqm garden) but fine home. Wishes for your stay? Call me. I'm working on excursion ideas for the area. But it is “sucky” in the booth. The following apps are helpful: Sonos, Alexa, Klarstein, Philips Hue and Nuki - but not NECESSARILY. Regards, Michael
