The bright, quiet 90sqm apartment is very close to the center and at the same time in the countryside. 2 sleeping rooms with 2 beds each plus space for 2 sleeping places in the living area. Modern well furnished bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living-dining area with Swedish stove / TV / Wi-Fi and direct exit to the covered seating (+grill) . Within a 15-minute walk you can reach the old town, restaurants, shopping, public transport (train/post bus/ship) and lakeside promenade.

This modern studio apartment is located close to the lake (3 min.) and offers a clean and earthy design. The fully equipped kitchen, the separate bathroom with a walk-in shower and the cozy living-room/dining area as well as the comfy double bed are inviting you to fully relax and enjoy yourself. Lake Constance and park 10 min, train 12 min, clinics Schmieder 5 min, Konstanz by car or train 15 min. 35m² space for you alone, private bathroom, tea pantry with fridge, microwave, DeLonghi capsule machine, kettle, dishes. You have a view of the countryside and an entrance in the basement. New building in 2011, underfloor heating, perfect for solo travelers. You were friendly and inspiring. If in between are only 2 days free, just ask :) wonderful as a home office -

Thanks to its central location, you can reach the city center in a few minutes and in about 15 minutes you are at beautiful Lake Constance. The apartment is bright and comfortably furnished with modern shower and kitchen so nothing stands in the way of your relaxation. Studio - “Ankerwerfen am Bodensee”

Drop your anchor and enjoy a few days at the Lake Constance! We, the Andenmatten family, rent our stylish and beautifully furnished studio. It is at ground level and can be reached via a separate entrance door. The bathroom has a shower and a fireplace can be lit in the living / sleeping area. The bright kitchen with dining area is well equipped. The studio can accommodate 2 people. Floor heating in winter and a patio in summer sweeten the stay.

Charming and cozy cottage

We are Rosa and Dieter and rent a small and cozy cottage, 50m² with three separate rooms. The house was built in 1800 and is the older part of a semi-detached house. The rooms are comfortable 1.85 to 2.05 m high. The house has a kitchen and a small bathroom 1.8m². The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner hob and an oven. There are shops in Siegershausen and in Berg 2 -3 km away. Lake Constance and Constance can be reached in 10 minutes.

Willkommen im kleinen, feinen Studio mit Blick auf den See und in den wildromantischen Garten, wenige Schritte vom Bodenseeufer mit seinen einladenden Badeplätzen liegend. Im gleichen Haus befindet sich ein Blumenladen mit Café, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strandbad, Bahnhof und Hafen sind in ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen und der Seeradweg führt am Haus vorbei. Um die traumhafte Gegend zu erkunden stehen zwei Fahrräder zur Verfügung.
