This comfortable rural house is located in the village of Lindoso, in the heart of the Peneda Gerês National Park, Alto Minho region. The village of Lindoso is well known for its Medieval Castle and one of the largest clusters of typical granite granaries (”espigueiros”). This is an old stone house next to an old water mill. Both have been rebuilt in harmony with the traditional architecture of the region. It is an invitation to enjoy the peace and the landscapes of the rural environment. DESCRIPTION: One double bedroom with a bathroom (shower). Living/dining room with TV. Equipped with stove, microwave, coffee machine and fridge. Bed linens, towels, and products for breakfast included. Central heating, private parking and a small private area outside. The house has a pellet fireplace .

Your cosy place in Gerês next to the water Wifi AC

Our cozy house near the water, its a two floor place with everything you need for your stay. We kept the original facade of granite so characteristic of this region, the interior was design in a comfortable ,clean way with every equipment that you need. The location is top notch, its a 2 minute walk to reach the lake but you can also explore the several hikes, thermal baths and natural sites this Natural park has to offer. The city of Braga it is just one hour drive and Porto one and a half.

This is a unique space with a breathtaking view over the waterfall and surrounding nature. Ideal for an adventurous weekend! Come prepared for little cellular network and slow Wi-Fi once the location is isolated. On the other hand, the sound of nature gains a fantastic dimension, the water of the river and the birds completely envelop us. Access is made (in the last 500m) by road on land and it is necessary to be aware of the indications we provide to you so that you do not get lost.
