Nice house with a patio in Baskemölla

A bright apartment in a one-story villa for rent. Access to private terrace and garden area surrounded by lavender. The location is quiet and located in a scenic setting, with walking distance to the sea and to Tjörnedala art gallery. Baskemölla is a beautiful fishing village with ancient origins, 5 km north of Simrishamn, there is a swimming area and its own harbor. It is within walking distance to Gästis, Talldungen, ICA shop and to the many hiking trails in the surroundings. To the sea with the long sandy beaches it is 7 km. The cottage has a living room, kitchen, bathroom and glass veranda. Breakfast is included and you can enjoy it on the patio or in the glass veranda. Barbecue is available with all accessories and bikes can be borrowed.

Newly built house in Vik, with room for 5 people. Wonderful views from the balcony and the two patios. Living room with kitchen, spacious hall, tiled bathroom, upstairs with living room and bedroom. Close to Stenshuvet National Park, Mandelmann's gardens and two amazing golf courses. A minute walk to the beach and harbor but also to the bus stop with good transport to Simrishamn and Kristianstad. A wonderful place for those who want lazy days but also for those who want to have wonderful nature experiences.
