Small, but very cozy detached house over 2 floors (about 90 sqm) in a quiet village location in the Wolfsburg OT Hattorf-2min from the A39. Under the week, by Mo-Do, the house is used as a kindergarten! RENTING ONLY TO FAMILIES !!!! Three bedrooms, open living, dining and cooking area, with fireplace and wardrobe. Private parking and/or short walk to the bus stop to the nearby city center of Wolfsburg (about 15min). Attention:Our internet is slow!

Cozy cottage for two people. Directly on the lake, with large terrace and sauna. The house was built exclusively with ecological materials and furnished with solid wood furniture, including pine wood. It has a double bed 160 x 200, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry toilet. House is part of a small tiny house holiday settlement (four houses). A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.

The apartment is approx. 43 m². There are 2 rooms, one large (living room) and one slightly smaller (bedroom), both connect a long hallway from which the bathroom and kitchen also go. There is also a balcony facing the street from the living room. All rooms are very bright due to the many windows in daylight. Except for the bathroom and kitchen (tiles), there is easy-maintained laminate flooring in all rooms.

From here you can easily reach the city of Braunschweig with theatres, museums and traditional islands, Wolfsburg with Phaeno and Autostadt and the Harz Mountains. Free parking is available in front of the house.
