My house is located in the Pinjesh Area of Ulcinj. It’s close to the center (5min by car and 20min by walking). The neighborhood is really calm & parking in front of the house is available. A supermarket is 3 walking minutes away & plenty of restaurants nearby. Anyway I recommend having a car in Ulcinj to reach all the hot spots (Old Town, Long Beach, Ada Bojana, Valdanos) My bright & cozy flats with a Mediterranean touch are waiting for you! Spending your holiday in Ulcinj is the right choice.

Die Villa steht auf einem freien Grundstück von ca. 700 qm. Der Infinty Pool geht über 2 Ebenen. Die Uferpromenade der Stadt Bar sind ca. 2,5 km entfernt. Von der Dachterrasse genießt man den berauschenden Blick in die Bucht von Bar und hat im Rücken die Berge. Die Villa wurde in 2022 neu renoviert.

We live in on a beautiful place surrounded by nature and green grass meadows near dream like woods , where you cant be distracted from everyday city traffic and crowds. Our house is located only a couple hundred meters from the most beautiful 12 kilometer long sandy beach in Europe, namely the famous Long Beach, and of course you can visit it by foot. We like to think that we live in paradise and we are inviting you to visit us and see for yourself.

Beachfront Villa with Boat Tours

As you can see on photos, house is only few steps in front of the beach. 2 parking places are private for our guests. Check in time is flexible as per agreement with guests. Boat tours are available for our guests. Cost depends on the location of travel and is very reasonable, including gasoline and maintenance of the boat. There is also a possibility of renting boat, only for holders of Boat Driving License.
