Small self contained annex attached to owner's farmhouse with it's own private entrance and outside seating area on working family farm with sheep/cattle. Approx 4 miles from Betws y Coed and Llanrwst. Good base for outdoor activites in the area like Zip world, Bounce Below etc. with the coasts of Llandudno/Colwyn Bay approx 20 miles from farm. Good base for guests who enjoy the countryside and being outdoors, walking, cycling or visiting Snowdonia. Car essential due to location. Sorry, no Pets.

Within walking distance are some great pubs / restaurants, a waterfall called the Fairy Falls and a Woollen Mill. There is also a large number of established walking routes in the surrounding area.

It is set in the garden of our house in a quiet village, Llanddoged, 1.5 miles from Llanrwst which has shops and pubs. The stone hut is small but cosy with two single beds. Totally self contained with shower, toilet & breakfast bar. Storage available for cycles. Parking is on our drive.
