The cozy and bright appartment in the first floor offers you everything you need for your holidays in Carinthia. It is situated at a northern edge of Villach in a quiet environment and is a good starting point for activities of every kind. The kitchen is fully equipped, tea and coffee also included. The big bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, the smaller bedroom offers two single beds. Of course we clean and desinfect the appartment every time before and after the arrival of our guests.

Modern completely new apartment with stunning view

Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

58 m ²-2 rooms flat in the with ramp access (kitchen, living room with residential scenery and bedroom, restroom with tube, WC and loggia) is completely renovated and has an own free parking bay directly infrnt of the house. In the living room area the residential scenery can become for sleeping very easy. The flat is very good for business travellers who want to live at a reasonable price and still cleanly and cultivated! The kitchen is completely equipped and is ideal for self-caterer.

The Gerlitzen Kanzelhöhe apartment is located at 1,500 m above sea level, in the middle of the stunning ski and hiking area of the Gerlitzen Alpe, nestled in a powerful natural landscape with magnificent panorama of the surrounding mountains and lakes. The apartment has direct access to the slopes. Enjoy the breathtaking view from the garden. In the hotel next door, the wellness area can be used for €25. Accessible by car via the toll road with vignette from me or by gondola.
