3 private rooms on the ground floor of 3 storey home, we live on 1st & 2nd floors. 7 minutes walk to beach with cafe, restaurant,water sports, coastal walks & nature reserve of Swanpool. 7 mins drive to Falmouth centre. Bedroom with very comfortable King size bed, WC shower room. You have a private entrance & access from backrooms to your own outside space for al fresco dining. Continental breakfast selection included. Kitchen has a kettle, toaster, mini fridge, microwave & 2 ring electric hob.

Oysters is a two bedroomed modern apartment at Swanpool Falmouth. Swanpool Beach with it's popular water-sports is 500 metres away. The coastal path which offers walkers spectacular views is always a draw. As is Swanpool Lake which is a site of special scientific interest, (SSSI) which is within a leisurely stroll. There are excellent restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance, Gylly Café and Hooked on the Rocks being many peoples favourites. We live in Swanpool should you need us.

An artist studio tiny house architecturally designed from a garage 15 mins walk to town 20 mins walk to 3 beaches Its a quiet location with deck onto a mature tree landscape, along side a small branch line railway, most of the time a wildlife magnet but twice an hour the train from Truro to falmouth runs by at a slow trundle , ending at at 11pm and starting at 7am Its very quiet during the night . And charming throughout the day depending on your preference.
