Rural accommodation in upstairs stables

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful country residence. Fully equipped apartment with two bedrooms and open floor plan. Bathroom with shower and separate laundry. The apartment is in its own building on top of the stables. The stables live three black snow sheep. On the farm there is also a dwelling house where we in the family live with two children, cats, rabbits and dogs. Enjoy the tranquility with views of fields, cows and horses on nearby farms. Animals are welcome! Trampolines are available in the yard. Electric car chargers are available.

The house is located about 5 km from E4 and 8 km from Söderhamn. It has fully equipped kitchen, also microwave and dishwasher, shower and toilet, a double bedroom and a living room with sofa bed. Duvets and pillows are available but sheets and towels are brought by the guest or can be rented for 150 SEK/set. TV and Wifi are available. On the property there is a gym with table tennis and a wood-fired sauna to dispose of. In summer there is also heated swimming pool. One further accommodation in large apartment can also be rented.

Nice place to stay with a sea plot

Relax in this unique and quiet home right by the ocean. The cottage has villa standard with all amenities such as electricity, heating, water, shower and toilet as well as washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, hot-air oven and stove with induction stovetop etc. Enjoy the view, sunset and maybe some northern lights. Take a long forest walk and coziness in front of the fireplace. There is possibility of sauna and then a refreshing sea bath. Canoe and simpler rowing boat are available to borrow.

About 20 minutes from Hudiksvall, car road to the house corner. Who needs all the amenities when you have lighting via solar cells, heating via the fireplace, and cooking is done directly on the gas stove or outdoors. Furustuga with fireplace in archipelago idyll with no insight. Luxurious garden in the back and glassed-in terrace at the front facing a beautiful meadow-like nature plot sloping down towards the sea. Wood-fired sauna overlooking the sea and large private swimming jetty. Rich bird life and beautiful nature in the surroundings. Quality living in a quiet place with lot's of opportunities in the winter like slalom, cross-countryskiing, skating or take a sauna. In the summer you can use the rowing boat for fishing, take a swim from the private pontoon in to the lake or relaxing on the veranda or the greenhouse. Perfect place for family and friends.
