Atelier home, including breakfast!

Stay in rooms as part of a studio! Enjoy a special accommodation (but not for children under the age of 16) in a studio located in a separate house on the fair Österlen. Guests have access to their own bedroom, bathroom, dining table and fridge. A good breakfast is included in the price! The farm, built in 1890, is located by a small gravel road in a village about three kilometers from the sea and the fishing village Brantevik. In Brantevik there are restaurants, a small harbor with a fish shop, wonderful cliff baths and beautiful coastal walking paths.

In the middle of Österlen, on the charming fishing village of Brantevik, this cozy house is just 300m from the sea. Here you can enjoy the tranquility with the lush garden outside the windows, take a swim in the ocean, stroll along the beach meadows, or read a good book in the hammock. If the weather lets you down, you can warm up in the jacuzzi, sauna or in front of the fireplace. The garden has a patio on both the front and back (east/north/west), so both breakfast and dinner can be taken in the morning sun. Charcoal grill (Weber) is available.

Stay near the sea in Brantevik, Österlen

The location of the house is great for bicycle rides and hiking along the coast. Rock baths, wonderful white beaches in the near. Three bicycles (as well as two for children) that can be borrowed free of charge. Our guesthouse is located in a village with several restaurants/cafes that are mainly open in summer summertime. You will like the small charming house because of the tranquility, the privacy of the garden and the proximity to the sea. The house is only about 150m from the beach. The listing is best suited for couples or the small family.

Completely newly built in 2022, very fresh detached guest house 100 m from the beach. You live in a forest-like area, with a sea soda and the beach as a neighbor. Take a morning and/or evening swim. Relax with miles of walks or bike rides (bikes can be borrowed). In this quiet area there is a 40 sqm large private small house with two bedrooms at each end (or 160/140cm bed), a living room with sofa and dining area, bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen. Fast wifi. Nice patio with private barbecue.

To the farm belongs a vineyard. Distance to Gärsnäs 3 km, with ICA shop, patisserie, ATM, train station and bus stop. Train every hour to Simrishamn and Ystad. 10 km to Gyllebosjön with nice swimming and hiking area. 20 km to Borrbystrand by the sea with fantastic sandy beach. Dogs are welcome but cost 50kr/day

The guesthouse is located in beautiful Skillinge at Österlen coast about 600m from Skillinge harbor, where there is a grocery store, restaurants, etc. Close to bathing jetties and swimming beaches. Here also passes Österlenleden (hiking trail) and Sydkustleden (bike trail).

Välkommen att bo i Cirkusvagnen i den lilla byn Östra Hoby på Österlen! Cirkusvagnen är inredd för 2p med pentry och våningssäng. Badrum och större kök finns i gemensamt utrymme i möllan. I trädgården finns vedeldad bastu och utedusch. Sängkläder och städ ingår. I äppellunden har vi även två glampingtält till uthyrning, för vad är väl en cirkusvagn utan cirkustält?! Trädgården delas alltså med andra boende men alla har sin privata uteplats.

Neighbor with wide open fields, some curious cows and close to most of what Österlen has to offer! A quiet, harmonious open-plan home with a kitchen, dining area, and living space with big window sections letting in nature. As we only rent out when we ourselves are not there, there is access to a large garden, a patio in the evening sun and a big orangery for long dinners.
