NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in the Rosenheim city center. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except the old roof construction which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous center and train station proximity (10 min. walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking space + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the Landesgartenschaugelände.

Our “Haus Wildbach” was renovated in 2021/22 and is located in the Seegatterl district. The residential area is quiet at night and is located away from the hustle and bustle of the village in nature, directly on a stream and the Alpine road. Cross-country ski trails, cycling and hiking trails as well as the gondola lift to the Winkelmoosalm start right outside the door. This apartment has a very nice balcony with stream and mountain views. The spacious living area offers space for shared meals.

Fully equipped apartment with covered balcony with idyllic forest views. Beautiful for a breakfast in the morning sun. Our house is a 5-minute walk from the hiking car park/tour start and ski lifts, as well as a few minutes by car from the start of the large Waidring/Steinplatte ski area.
