Quiet and central apartment

Located in the heart of Vienna, just opposite the city park, this newly furnished apartment offers a quiet living atmosphere in the immediate vicinity of the city centre. The heart of the apartment is the light-flooded dining area as well as the kitchen with all utensils. The apartment also features flat-screen cable TV. The location is excellent with the proximity to the city center as well as to the Vienna-Mitte traffic junction via the cat Airport Train, the express train as well as the subway 3 and 4. This new apartment has all the amenities to make your stay in Vienna unforgettable. It consists of an anteroom with storage areas, a living kitchen with dining area, sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, combi stove, dishwasher, coffee machine), bedroom with wardrobe, as well as bathroom (shower and washing machine) and separate toilet. Guest house "Casita Linda Krems-Süd"

We've been welcoming guests from all over the world in our little guesthouse in southern Krems (9km to City Centre!) since 2019. The guesthouse is located in our property, but it has it's own entrance and it's a few meters away from our home. There is a little arbor where you can sit outdoors . We tried to find the perfect mix between tradition and today's requirements to make our space cozy and comfortable. And of course, the house is fully equiped, even for longer visits! Have a nice stay!

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Animals are also part of the family; two horses, one cat and some chicken with whom you are welcome to interact. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

Bikes for the Heurigen ride, boats for river and lake and are available from us. And Josephsbrot, the really good bakery with cafe is in the village! Susanne is a youth coach. I run as a mirror maker in Austria's last traditional mirrored workshop. We look forward to seeing you!
