Bask in the sun at this dreamy, ranch-like home. Vibrant interiors and a dramatic, mountain backdrop make this place utterly unique while the salt water pool, alfresco fireplace, and cacti-lined patio make it the ideal spot for outdoor living with friends. We have the most luxurious backyard to relax in morning, noon & night with a saltwater pool(can be heated @ $60daily with a minimum of $250) fully tiled grounds, 4 comfortable lounge chairs & a patio set as well. We have a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of outdoor dining seating & a bbq to make dinner to stay in. We offer a Nespresso & pods in both the main house & the Casita for your enjoyment! We have plenty of board games to enjoy, books & magazines, Roku & Apple TVs in every room & the main living area with Hulu to binge watch your favorite shows. We offer luxurious toiletries for your convenience. We really want our guests to be able to thoroughly relax & enjoy their stay in our beautiful home. TOT permit # is 7073 and the City ID# is 3986. I am happy to be available preferably via text (calling is fine too) @ any point before, during or after our guests stay. I am extremely busy as a salon & barbershop owner & stylist as well as a wife & mom of 3. However, making sure that I’m as available for any of our guests needs is a priority! The hosts are hoteliers (including being GM of 5 luxury Starwood hotels), and have outfitted this villa like a LUXURY HOTEL including a Frette duvet & rainfall shower! Sip on a cup of Keurig coffee in the morning and stroll around the picturesque grounds at the base of the Santa Rosa mountains or take a short walk to the Waldorf Astoria La Quinta Resort next door for some great dining options. TV is equipped with Roku/Netflix/Hulu/Prime. Our villa location can't be beat! It is next to the long blue Paseo fountain - the most beautiful of all fountains within Legacy Villas. Our attention to detail and high standards as hoteliers are evident in the villa's cleanliness and maintenance. Studio can also be rented to our connecting 2-bedroom villa with kitchen (see listing on our profile) to make it a 3-bedroom villa. We have invested in high-end home automation to make your stay more convenient & comfortable - including an Amazon Alexa for voice-controlled music & more. There is cable TV and a google Chromecast device so you can stream shows from your laptop, tablet, or phone. The VERY small kitchenette is essentially an enhanced wet bar. Although it has the basics, it shouldn't be relied upon for regular cooking. Guests will have full access to the villa, including complimentary access to all pools and the on-site fitness center. We're available via phone or text at any time but won't be around during your stay. Nestled into a cove of the Santa Rosa Mountains, the apartment is set in La Quinta within a resort-style neighborhood offering access to shared pools, hot tubs, and a fitness center. Dining, shopping, and golfing are a short drive away. There is an on-site restaurant at the main pool (90 second walk from our villa) that is open on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am - 2pm, except during summer months.

Inside, patterned wallpaper, Jonathan Adler furniture, and Shag art evoke the mid-century lineage of the home & neighborhood, where you can do a walking tour of several architectural gems, or play bocce ball. In these uncertain times, we highly recommend travel insurance! Per standard practices in Palm Springs, Pool + Spa heat is optional, for an additional cost ($50-100 per day, depending on time.) Taxes are included in booking, and you must be 25 to rent. This rental is for the whole house, yard, pool, view of the mountains, peace love and happiness! PS City ID: 3157. The City of Palm Springs ID #3157. Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older, per Palm Springs Vacation Rental Code! Nightly Rate Includes 11.5% TOT Tax. Please note that pool and hot tub heating are optional and are not included in the cost/night. Please let us know if you'd like to use Pool/Hot Tub Heating and we can send an updated cost estimate. We have cameras outside the house facing the two street side fences of the backyard. We are available by phone and email, but are not onsite! Our wonderful concierge who is in Palm Springs will meet you when you arrive, make sure you have everything you need, and take care of any issues that happen to come up! The house is in El Rancho Vista Estates, a quiet mid-century modern neighborhood of Palm Springs. Drive downtown in 5 minutes for good restaurants and an evening stroll. There are many dog owners in the neighborhood, often out walking their puppies. There's a driveway and good street parking - you can walk to a number of bus stops, and Uber is easy in Palm Springs!
