65 m2 apartment located in the heart of the city center (Rennes). 3 min walk from Saint-Anne metro station (8 min from the train station by metro). Close to all amenities (bakery, tobacco, lices market) restaurants, bars, shops. Access to the underground parking of the Lices directly by the elevator of the building. Includes a large bedroom with courtyard views (double bed,mattress purchased in late 2016), bathroom with bath, living room (sofa bed) and equipped kitchen. Lots of cupboards. VERY CLEAN.
