Small appartment for great holiday

Surrounded by olive, lemon, orange and mandarin trees, wake up to a breathtaking view of the sea, and islands! The covered patio provides an oasis to relax with a good book, board games, morning coffee, or a glass of your favorite drink. Although we hope you will leave work beind, should you need to connect, WiFi is provided. Couples, solo adventures, business travelers and families love my place because of the location, the views, the ambiance, and the people. Renovated in April 2022!

Nika app Relax and peace for3, very private place

What is around? The most beautiful sea and the beaches in Istria, restaurants, boat trips on island of Cres, rent a boat, old town Labin and magic region Istra, very interesting trekking and mtb tracks surround , closed bike box, rent a MTB for 10 euro/day. What will you like about my accommodation? House on peaceful place with big yard, greenery and closed private parking. Avaible a longers and barbecue. For who is my accommodation? Couples, solo adventurers or couples with 1 child

You’ll love my place because of the views and the comfy bed. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. Parking provided in front of the house. Free wi-fi. Feel free to ask whatever interests you. Please note that parking is provided for a normal size car, not a large van.

Apartment Lavender is located on the top, third floor. It is ideally furnished for 2 persons. The apartment has a comfortable, nice terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and the whole Rabac bay! The upper terrace is divided into two parts by a plexiglas block. The second part of the terrace belongs to the apartment Oleander. Adults only!

The 29 sqm big apartment with balcony is located on the second floor of the house directly on the waterfront. Since 2023 the apartment has air conditioning. It has a separate entrance and offers the most amazing view over the ocean. The balcony is shared with another guest. The hostess speaks English, German, Italian and Croatian.
