With a private entrance its conveniently located in Arthur's Point just five minutes drive to central Queenstown and Coronet Peak Ski fields. On your doorstep you have access to Moonlight Track, the famous Shotover Jet boat ride or Canyon brewery for lunch and a cold beer. The bus stop is two minutes walk away with the winter snow bus to Coronet peak or regular bus into Queenstown/Arrowtown.

We offer a cosy private suite in a rural location with an ensuite and beautiful views. We live onsite with our dog & children. The suite has a bathroom with a bath, breakfast station with a table, toaster, jug and microwave (no kitchen). There's access to shared lawn however no access to the main house. Local shops and restaurants are a 5 min drive, there is no public transport close by. Downtown Queenstown is a 15 minute drive. We are usually pretty quiet and are often out and about.
