Most importantly, you will have a ton of fun from your newfound marksmanship! NCCP coaches are very experienced in coaching beginner archery and will fully tailor the experience to best fit your physical aptitudes. You begin your equine experience with a visit into our sizeable herd of 40 horses, where you will be able to approach and observe the horses in their natural environment, and learn interesting facts about them. Next, each client will be matched with a horse according to their size and experience. You will lead your horse by foot to the stable, and will be able to establish mutual confidence through brushing and other preparations. Once everyone is helmeted-up, we leave the stable for the paddocks. There, mounted and with stirrups adjusted, we give a short lesson on riding techniques. The enclosed paddock is the ideal place for each rider to test what they've learned about horseback riding. After the initiation, we leave for an excursion on the magnificent mountain trails with their splendid view over the Appalachian range. At the halfway point, we will stop on the mountain top to take in the beautiful view. The activity ends by showing appreciation to our horse for the lovely ride. At the end, we invite you to stay a while longer and take advantage of the surroundings and our picnic area, in the event that you packed a snack. Consider trying our other animal experiences with alpacas, dogs and the other inhabitants of our educational farm. Other things to note This activity is offered throughout the year, in all weather. Only children 14 years and over are accepted. For younger children, reserve in our 'equestrian initiation' activity. For those who want to know how to start to make magnificent tricotage/knitwear We would meet at my place, cozy colorful apartment in Verdun. And then the magic begins. I will show how to chose the yarn, chose the knitting needles, how to plan your final result; and we going to start from the very beginning to knit. From the simplest technique. Nothing hard but very fascinating activity for family, friends, or maybe for coworkers ;) The introduction to knitting takes 2 hours. In 2 hours you'll learn how to start the item, 2 different types of stitches. And we'll start your first scarf. All you need is just to book the Experience and enjoy, I’m going to provide all you need. You will leave with basic knowledge of knitting, the piece of your future scarf with knitting needles and possibility to practice and finish your item.

D'abord, chaque client est jumelé avec un cheval selon sa taille et son expérience. Vous allez avoir la chance de créer un lien de confiance avec lui en le brossant et en le préparant. Une fois que tout le monde a leur casque, nous quittons l'écurie pour aller aux manèges. Une fois sur votre cheval et les étriers ajustés, nous vous donnons une petite formation sur les techniques de conduite. Le manège clôturé est l'endroit idéal pour que chacun puisse tester ses nouvelles connaissances en équitation. Après cette initiation, nous partons pour la balade dans nos magnifiques sentiers champêtres. À mi-chemin, nous arrêtons en haut de la montagne pour admirer la superbe vue. Nous terminons l'activité en remerciant notre cheval pour la belle randonnée. Considérez aussi nos autres activités avec les alpagas, les chiens et les habitants de notre ferme pédagogique. This unique experience is a 5-course tasting menu of dishes inspired by the tastes of Montreal's gastronomic immigrant cultures - a market mix of Asian, Jewish, Caribbean, Italian, Portuguese, or Middle Eastern - personally cooked by a Michelin star-trained chef in a private 1800's-era loft and kitchen. The hosting Chef is an award-winning food writer (Gourmet, Food+Wine) and Doctoral scholar (Oxford University/Press) who has worked with celebrity chefs, James Beard-Award, and Top Chef from the US to Asia-Pacific. The dining site is an apartment in a historic 1800's building in the famous Old Port. There will be an emphasis on Canadian sources of seafood, meat, ethnic inspiration, and cheesemakers. Whether it's to de-stress or just for the novelty of it, the Rage Room is an awesome activity to do. It's pretty simple, choose from a variety of glass items and electronics, suit up in our complete protective gear and break stuff. A signed waiver is required to participate in this activity. You must be 18 years or older and will be asked to provide proof if deemed required (or 16-17, with a parent). Please keep in mind, you are breaking glass items and electronics, so this experience is not for the faint-hearted. This will be a guided walking tour for the city of Ottawa, going to the places where locals hang-out. We will be going to beautiful places on the river and in downtown Ottawa, as well as explore the paths under the Parliament of Canada. After the tour I can point you to other fun activities and things to do around the city! This tour is very chill and family friendly, you only need yourself and your spirit of exploration! Other things to note. I will be waiting for you near the big metal spider, from there we will commence our tour. After the tour you can choose to go back to the starting place or I can point you to other places to visit.

We will meet outside the front main entrance of the National Arts Centre. Accueilli par un guide passionné, vous ferez connaissance avec la meute, découvrirez le mode de vie de nos chiens et nos efforts en faveur de leur bien-être. Vous apprendrez à lire le comportement des chiens, et vous serez initié aux secrets de la vie de musher dans le nord du Québec. C'est le moment de poser toutes vos questions! Chaque chien a son histoire, son caractère et ses petites habitudes... La plupart adorent les câlins! Après avoir fait connaissance, vous aurez le plaisir d'avoir des contacts privilégiés avec les chiens, et d'immortaliser ces moments. Certains jours, en fonction de la météo et du temps disponible, nous prendrons le temps d'une courte sortie avec les chiens pour les laisser se dégourdir les pattes. Avant de partir, vous pourrez participer aux soins quotidiens: brossage, distribution de l'eau et le grand moment très intense de la distribution de nourriture. Nos visites du chenil ont lieu tous les matins à 10h.
