The property is completely self contained and private. The hamlet is quiet and semi rural but mins from local amenities. Dartmoor National Park and local beaches and gate to Cornwall are just a shortdrive away.The SW coastal path,The Historic Barbican, Plymouth Hoe or just enjoy a peaceful break.There is something for everyone .

It's an ideal base from which to explore Cornwall (only five miles away), Dartmoor, and the wider south Devon area. Sorry, no group or party bookings. The location is 10-15 mins by car from Plymouth city centre, location of Plymouth University, also 5-10 mins from Derriford Hospital and Marjons uni. Local shop nearby and bus route. Good base.
