The resort charges a $25 pp daily fee in order to receive your own resort-pass to access the beach, golf courses, restaurants etc. We can help you arrange that. Car rental or golf cart can be arranged at your convenience. We have been living and vacationing in Casa de Campo for almost 30 years. This beautiful area is surrounded by golf courses and overlooking a lake. On this 1.5 acre property we built our house and created a separate area for our cottage. You will have all the privacy you want. We want you to enjoy your stay. The cottage is set on an upscale resort, surrounded by gardens and a lake. You will have access to all the facilities within the resort which include a beach club, marina, equestrian center, championship golfs, restaurants, bars, and shopping. Casa de Campo charges $25 pp daily to each guest staying within the resort. This will be paid when you register at the entrance of Casa de Campo. Vivero 7 is modern oasis featuring 4 bedrooms, two with 2 full beds, one with a queen and the master with a king bed. Each room equiped with a new AC and a flat screen tv, wifi, closet and their own bathroom. The villa has a AC in the living room and dining area, and an open concept living room. The expansive terrace with a beautiful climatized pool and lush garden so guests can enjoy. A 3 minute drive to minitas beach, 10 minute to the marina and chavon. Full time staff (maid/cook) included.

Nice and calm apartment in Los Altos Casa de Campo

Places of interest: Los Altos is located a few steps of Altos de Chavón (a villa that transports you to Mediterranean Europe with the most spectacular views of the Chavón River and the Caribbean), and 3 amazing Golf courses designed by Pete Dye. 15 minutes from La Romana Airport and is within one of the most renowned tourist complexes in the Caribbean, Casa de Campo. My accommodation is good for couples and families (with children), providing a comfortable and fun environment.

Golf Villa 70 is an exceptionally well situated three bedroom Golf Villa next to the 14th fairway of the Links golf course. The villa has panoramic views of the 14th and 15th fairways and greens, the fairway lake and our garden. The Villa is staffed by Julie, our housekeeper/cook. Julie is fluent in English and Spanish. Located within world-renown Casa de Campo resort in the Dominican Republic. It has a very open layout and minutes from the beach, golf, tennis, and restaurants. The neighborhood is quite private and the resort is a gated community. NOTE: Property includes one staff person that does housekeeping and cooking from 8:30a to 5p daily. Golf cart rentals and dinner prep are extra. The Casa de Campo Resort charges an additional $25 daily, per person fee for resort access.

Enjoy your stay at this golf villa, complete with three bedrooms and three baths. Includes private pool and jacuzzi. House has a two person staff, working on cooking and cleaning to help ensure your stay is enjoyable. Nearby Minitas beach is within walking distance, but there is an option to rent the golf cart to make getting from place to place within Casa De Campo easier and faster. This house has can comfortably accommodate six people and is also kid friendly.
