Facing the sea and the beaches of Le Mourillon and 5 minutes from shops, welcome to our superb 50 m2 apartment nestled in a beautiful 19th century Victorian building. The apartment is composed of a spacious living room / kitchen, fully equipped with HD TV, Wifi Fibre, equipped kitchen, dishwasher. A large bedroom with sea views and a second small blind bedroom comfortably accommodate 2 adults and two children. Finally, a superb private garden with barbecue completes the property !
