It's balcony is very appreciated for its view over the sea and the Citadelle garden. Perfect for a couple, one person or a business man. WI-FI connection. Fully renewed. Tranquil and elegant apartment in Beaulieu s/Mer

Our large, bright and luxurious apartment is centrally located in a quiet residential area of Beaulieu Sur Mer. Perfect for couples, you will find everything is within very easy walking distance and only 500m to the nearest beach. Within the building complex we have an allocated underground car space and a lift to all floors. There is a large sunny terrace to the front which is great for dining and relaxing and a balcony to the rear of the apartment. It is also fully air conditioned.

Great location, exceptional views of Villefranche

As a resident of Paris, I love coming to this Paradise of Villefranche sur mer. I enjoyed renovating, equipping and decorating this apartment in 2019 to make it as pleasant as possible. Now my greatest pleasure is to have my coffee when you wake up on the terrace in front of this magnificent view of Cap Ferrat. Its central location close to the old town, the port and all amenities, its elevator and municipal parking at the foot of the building are also a plus.

Beautiful flat in the heart of Villefranche.

A lovely flat of 40 sqm with a 30 sqm terrace, recently refurbished and with original art work. Fully equipped kitchen and equipment to match. Double bedroom with super comfy new bed giving onto terrace, and a single bed in the living room. Amazing views over the bay of Villefranche, and great for relaxing on the spacious terrace. The owners Helene and Chadwick live next door and are always there for check in/out and local knowledge. Air conditioned.
