Small studio complete with mini kitchen and toilet service with shower (not completely separate from the environment). Local sauna and small self-service store with local products in the house. Very bright and in a quiet situation on the square of a small Ticino village that is not very touristy. Accurate cleaning. Free parking lots nearby. Floor heating. First North Floor.
