Hello ! In a 70m2 apartment, on the 5th and top floor (without elevator), you can benefit a private space including a room with its bathroom and toilet as well as a lounge area with a desk (sheets and towels are supplied). You 'll also have free internet access by Wi-Fi. I'll share with you my living room and the kitchen. Well situated, close to Le Parc des Buttes Chaumont, Belleville and le Canal Saint Martin (5 minutes walking), you can easily reach using subway: Le Parc de la Villette, Montmartre, Le Père Lachaise, Châtelet, La Seine within 15 minutes and Les Champs Elysées, la Place de l'Opéra, la Place de la Bastille etc.... within 30 minutes. There is so much to do and so many must see sites in Paris ! I’ll be delighted to suggest you some tours. In my street, you'll find all the shops you need : chemistry, bakery, butcher, fish shop, vegetables and fruits shop, supermarket… Nearby, there are several cultural places such as cinemas, concert halls like Le Point Ephémère, le Zenith, le 104 or museums such as La Cité des Sciences, La Cité de la Musique ..... and , of course, numerous bars and restaurants along Le Canal. 3 subway stations : Colonel Fabien ( line 2 ) / Jaures ( line 2 - 5 - 7bis) / Bolivar ( line 7bis) 3 bus lines : 75 ( Hotel de Ville ) / 48 ( Gare du Nord ) / 26 ( Gare St Lazare ) I’m looking forward to welcome you in Paris !

The Painter's House - BED & BREAKFAST

All the second floor is for the gests (60 m²) : you can live in a place almost independant ... including 1 room with one double bed (or 2 individual beds) and private bathroom, and 1 artist studio transormed into livingroom with one bed for another gest. The bathroom is shared. Breakfast is served downstairs, in the morning at the requested time and is included in the price of the room. The hosts Erik and Dominique live on the second floor. There is also a very friendly cat that lives with us.

Parisian getaway in the commodity of my home. enjoy a completely private space, full equipped with PRIVATE entrance ( I enter by another door , so it’s completely a space just for you )bathroom/kitchen / all images that you see are PRIVATE / NO sharing with me or other guests. Queen size bed , perfect location with lots of bars and restaurants . a couple of metro stations from most touristic monument. super area near almost everything but in a pedestal street for tranquility at night !!
