Budget-friendly Studio #1 w/ kitchn 10min to Alona

My place is in a nice village of Panglao near the plaza and is walking distance to the market and the 7-11 Store. A fitness gym is located above 7-11 Store. La Familia Restaurant and local cafeterias are nearby. Sorry, I do not serve breakfast or meals. I have Wi-Fi in the rooms and hot & cold water shower. My place is 4.8 km (10 minutes by tricycle) to Alona Beach and 3 km (5 minutes) to Moadto Strip Mall. I have 4 studio rooms in all. This room is located on the ground floor.

This unit is located on the bottom floor (suitable if you don`t want to climb stairs). We are only a few min walk to the beach front. Doljo Beach is a public beach and its not yet developed. Ideal for guests who likes the peace & tranquility away from busy & crowded tourists places. The beach is mainly used by diving resorts & locals. Our nearest landmark is Bellevue Resort, Brave Dive Resorts in Doljo, Panglao.
