Our dear " Grändhus" completely newly built for our family and friends as well as for other guests. Beautifully located on Östra Stranden - an untouched oasis among fishermen's meadows and boathouses. Quiet walks along the Baltic Sea shore. Enjoy the beautiful Söderslätt with many excursions and golf. Excellent starting point for both visits to Malmö, Skanör-Falsterbo, Copenhagen. Bus about 100 meters - train to all of Skåne and Denmark from Trelleborg. Suitable for a couple without children. The host couple live in "Strandhuset" and "Sjöboden" nearby and are available if needed.

Panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, 15 meters to the beach with jetty and beach cafe. Fall asleep and wake up to the soda of waves. Two beds where you are on the front row and look out over the sea. Kitchenette with two stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. Small dining area, two armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower and wc. Large terrace, barbecue. The house is in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good public transport.

A private guest house with a living room with sofa bed where 2 can sleep, loft with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower. There is no kitchen or kitchenette. Blankets and pillows are provided. Sheets can be offered for a fee: SEK 70 per bed set. Please let us know in advance. Arriesjön is approximately 1 km away. There is a café and bakery (arriesjöns café) that has breakfast buns, coffee and lunch. Parking with charging station for electric car SEK 3/kWh. The garden with patios and barbecue area is shared with us who live here next door.

Kitchen has two hot plates, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave available. Coffee maker available. The apartment is equipped with what you need for easier cooking. Sheets and towels are provided, just come and stay comfortably. Train station is about 1 km away by train to Malmö/ Lund/ Helsingborg and Ystad/Simrishamn. Bus stop towards Malmö is near the house.

In a few square meters we have created a smart and modern compact living where we have taken care of every square meter. There is the possibility to take walks in a rural setting or just take it easy on the private patio (40 m2) with its own hot tub. The property - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) it takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen center takes it 28 min by train.
