Simple and cozy basement apartment with nice view

In a beautiful old wooden house on a hill, overlooking partly the Oslo fjord, you can rent a simple and cozy furnished basement apartment (about 50 m2) with own entrance. This is in a peaceful villa area, within walking distance to the bus that takes you to Oslo city center in about 30 minutes. The landlord lives in the same house and shares parking and garden. The house is listening, so this space is not suitable for parties and noise, but is suitable for quiet smoke-free people. A nice starting point for exploring Oslo and the surrounding area!

Peaceful place for nature lovers! Large terrace with formidable view! Unassuming location, very good hiking opportunities. 2 minutes to subway, private parking. Well-equipped and rich apartment with simple standard, separate from the rest of the house, do not listen. Pedestal floor. Ventilation with heat exchangers in bedrooms. Private spring water. High quality bed 120 cm and high quality sofa bed plus single beds. Kitchen with all appliances. Walking distance to famous tourist spots, access to primeval forest. Pets welcome!

Internet and electricity is included and you will find free street parking outside the apartment (always available space) The apartment is in an attractive residential area on Røa in Oslo, with all types of facilities within walking distance. The area has a good public transport, a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and several gym, including Røa bathrooms.

Cozy apartment with 2 living rooms, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and sunny balcony - 73 sqm. Quiet and child-friendly area, with little traffic and a lot of green space. Short distance to Eiksmarka and Østerås center. Here are grocery stores and many other useful business. Sunday open Joker nearby. 5 min walk to Eiksmarka subway that takes you to the city center in about 15 min. Bus from Niels Leuch's road goes to Bekkestua and Lysaker. Less than 1 km to Bærumsmarka with great hiking opportunities.

Modern studio next to the sea, close to Oslo

Modern 1-room studio apartment suitable for holiday stay or business travel. The studio is connected to our house, but has it's own private entrance. The house is new and modern, and situated on idyllic Snarøya, known for its beaches and its tranquility while still very close to Oslo. Bus every 12 minutes straight downtown. Bus ride to castle is 25 minutes. Fridge, waterboiler and microwave oven. Linen and towels included. The Oslo fjord is 50 meters away, with beaches and walkpaths very close.

Modern studio apartment with separate entrance. Fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine. Laundry room with washing machine. Short walk to bus stop for 130 bus to Oslo or Sandvika. 12 minutes walk to Ringstabekk T-bane (subway) to Oslo. 20 minutes walk to Bekkestua with shops and cafes. Two grocery shops (Kiwi and Extra) within 15 minutes walking. Apartment suits one, two or eventually three people. Sleeping couch for 2 + 1 extra bed. Heating in all floors and TV with altibox and Apple TV.

På Hosle 10min fra T-bane stasjonen Østerås ligger en møblert og koselig leilighet i 1 etg med direkte adkomst til stor 18kvm terrasse og stort koselig grøntområde. Leiligheten har dobbeltseng i et lite soverom og en sovesofa i stuen, med tilsammen plass til 4 voksne. Leiligheten ble totalrenovert i november 2020, og fremstår lys og hyggelig med "alt". Det er kort vei til buss og butikker, med kort reisevei både til Oslo og Sandvika. Dette er et godt sted å være med venner eller familie.

Beautiful apartment with an amazing view.

This is a beautiful apartment with an amazing view of the Oslo Fjord. You will be able to sunbathe in our lush garden and take a swim in the ocean from our boat dockage. The living room is quite large and has an open kitchen space. The private veranda is also perfect for enjoying the sun and the view. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one main bathroom and one WC with a washbasin.
