Cabin with proximity to lake and forest and Stockholm

The forest is located just behind our house. You can walk to a lake that is 1 km from the house. It is a nice walk there next door and in the forests. You may also walk just over a mile through the woods to an open-air area called Flottsbro. If you want to go to Stockholm city, you can be there within 50 minutes by public transport. To the bus station Almvägen it is a 5-10 minute walk. The bus takes you to the commuter train. The commuter train from Tullinge station to Stockholm City takes 22 minutes.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

56 kvm modern, ljus lägenhet för 2 vuxna och (max) 2 barn. Fullt utrustat kök med kyl, frys, micro, mm. 65” SmartTv samt snabbt internet (500/500 mBit). Stora fönster mot Gällstaö och Mälaren. Parkering för en bil finns. Bad och natur utanför dörren. Restauranger på gångavstånd. Vår lägenhet ligger inte i city utan ungefär 35-45 minuter bort, ungefär 10-12km från Stockholm City. Tillgänglig för långtidshyra, även om det är blockerat i kalendern. Skicka mig ett meddelande bara.
