And I-77/I-85 are just a few blocks away so you have quick access to the entire town. Plus, Charlotte has been over run with bike sharing and electric scooter sharing companies. Mainly Lime and Bird. So if you want to get around that way, you're sure to find them nearby. Our single family home is on the property as well with three young children, but your space is separate and private. We just ask that you please be courteous and keep noise to a minimum.

This 100 year old farmhouse has been completely restored for your comfort and is just waiting for your visit. Our modern guest house is located in Villa Heights, between the Plaza Midwood and NoDa neighborhoods, which offer plenty of good food, breweries, and music. Summit Coffee is around the corner and Uptown is a quick trip for business or pleasure. Within a two mile radius is Camp Northend, with food, drinks and shops, and an upscale food court called Optimist Hall. Our property is fenced, gated, and has a small landing for smokers OUTSIDE.
